Made to order
The production period for made to order garments is 3-4 weeks after your purchase. Please allow for this time before shipping.
Refunds
Returns and exchanges will be accepted only if approved through customer service (info@lucislemons.com). The return shipment must adhere to the approval conditions and be initiated within 14 calendar days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and undamaged, including the scrunchie.
Custom sized garments are non-returnable. As they are made completely according to your custom measurements.
I run Luci’s Lemons solely by myself, carefully crafting each piece by hand in my atelier in the Netherlands. When you order from my label, please keep in mind that your garment is made especially for you, and I dedicate hours to make this special order. Returns are possible for standard size made pieces if the piece isn’t to your liking, but a refund can’t be issued due to the time invested. Instead, I offer store credit in exchange for the return.
Return shipping is at the customers expanse, the responsibility for any delivery issues with your chosen carrier lies with the customer. I recommend choosing a delivery option with a signature requirement. If you wish to send back the product for adjustments, both the initial and return shipping fees will be at your charge. You have to declare the return package at a 1 euro value, or custom fees may apply and will be withdrawn from your store credit issued for the return.
Each item is carefully made and inspected before being shipped, but if you do receive a damaged item, please email info@lucislemons.com within 3 days of receipt of your item.

Customs charges
For orders outside of the European Union: Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs might be. If you choose to refuse the parcel, it will be returned to me.
US customers: The additional tariffs are included in the shipping price, you won't be billed with extra tariffs.
