Made to order

The production period for made to order garments is 5-6 weeks after your purchase. Please allow for this time before shipping. Pre-made items will be shipped 1-3 days after purchase.

Refunds

All Luci's Lemons items are made to order according to the specifications of our customers, therefore it is not possible to return, refund or exchange an item. If you have ordered an item that does not fit properly or you have questions beforehand of purchasing an item, please contact me at info@lucislemons.com so we can work together to resolve any issues. Please also keep in mind that all items are made to order and therefore there might be slight variations, which prove craftsmanship and the individuality of the item.

Each item is carefully made and inspected before being shipped, but if you do receive a damaged item, please email info@lucislemons.com within 3 days of receipt of your item.

Design customizations

Would you like the garment to be tailored according to your own measurements or you don't see your size in the sizing guide? Or are you interested in a design customization (such as different fabrics or adjusted design)? That's possible! All the garments are handmade by me, which allows me to adjust them so they will fit perfectly to your own size. Simply fill in the 'note' field at the check-out or email me at info@lucislemons.com after your purchase. For a design customization, please contact me beforehand purchasing so we can see what is possible for the garment.

Customs charges

For orders outside of the European Union: by placing an order with Luci's Lemons, you acknowledge and agree to cover the applicable VAT charges as imposed by customs services. If you choose to refuse the parcel, it will be returned to us.
